When e-mailing or faxing please provide the following details:

Name, Address & Telephone number, along with the date of the party.

Party Bag orders are subject to a delivery charge of £6.95

For Grotto and Fair orders there is a general delivery charge of £6.95. The collection of any unsold items is free.

All retail packages are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%

Goods are despatched upon receipt of payment, and are generally delivered within 24 hours. Any payment made after midday will normally be sent the following day.

The items listed are generally considered unsuitable for children under 3 years because of their potential choking hazards.

Children under 8 should be supervised with balloons.
